Cecilia (also called Cecily) was a transgenic type Realian created by Joachim Mizrahi; a special Realian who featured a more human-like structure and was to be used in the Zohar connection experiments. She was created using Febronia’s test data, basically making her a clone of Febronia. Cecilia and her sister, Catherine, were created to be a part of the U-DO control system. Her body was mutilated and hooked up to the system; her consciousness was isolated from the real world.

In Episode I, Cecilia was seen playing with her sister when Shion and company dove into KOS-MOS’s Encephalon. In Episode II, Febronia told Shion to go to Old Miltia and save Cecilia and Catherine. The only way to save them, though, was to kill them and Shion couldn’t bear to do it. The system had to be shut down, however, so after an emotional scene, Shion told KOS-MOS to set them free.
