Planet in XSI trailer?

So YouTube recommended an old upload of the Episode I trailer from Tokyo Game Show 2001 and it's another instance where the trailer has footage that got cut from the game. (At least, I don't remember this footage being used.)

Do you guys think this is supposed to be Fifth Jerusalem? We see the Orbital Tower just before these shots, so I'd think so...?
